C&T Matrix has confirmed the acquisition of Clear Group, based in Valencia, Spain. One of the company’s key strategies is to become closer to its customers through investment with key distributors as well as the extension of its manufacturing capabilities.
The investment will bring significant benefits to both parties. C&T benefits from securing its long term distribution in Southern Europe and from gaining access to Clear’s extended manufactured range of products. Clear can take advantage C&T’s global manufacturing experience, its distribution scale and strong financial support.
