The Crownlea Group, a privately owned conglomerate operating in manufacturing, importing, supplying and distributing goods to various markets throughout the UK and Europe, has acquired Package-In Ltd, positioning it into the Group infrastructure and management.
This marks a significant milestone for the Crownlea Group, reinforcing its commitment to diversified growth across various industries and an aggressive boost to Package-In Ltd, known for its high-quality corrugated packaging products and advanced manufacturing capabilities.

Trading since 1969 and now with a collective annual turnover exceeding £150m, the Crownlea Group operates a diverse array of businesses, employing over 400 people across the UK and Europe.
The acquisition of Package-In Ltd aligns with the Crownlea Group’s strategic vision for growth and expansion. By integrating Package-In’s specialised manufacturing capabilities and expertise into its existing operations, the Crownlea Group aims to enhance the its offering, and support Package-In with a new phase of growth via adding additional expertise in every area of the business coupled with significant investment.
