Tony Hession, Chairman, The Corrugated Case Co, has confirmed that on Tuesday 9th August, the company was acquired by Tri-Wall UK Ltd, part of the Rengo Group.
Buying The Corrugated Case Co mean that Tri-Wall have acquired a growing, well equipped and progressive business which will broaden now broaden its portfolio and geographic coverage of the UK.
“By joining the Tri-Wall family, which is committed to continue its expansion in the UK, it will provide added financial strength to the business and allow it to be able to continue to develop and grow in the future,” stated Hession.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
