Rick Oshay, CEO, Continental Western Corp, has confirmed the company has acquired the assets of Cactus Container LC, a Phoenix, AZ-based sheet plant/corrugated box manufacturer.
“This acquisition will give CWC the ability to sell many types and styles of custom corrugated boxes in the Southwest to a variety of industries and customers,” said Oshay. “A big shout out to Frank Larson for helping with the review and due diligence of this acquisition as well as Mark Riley helping to get the initial dialogue started.”
