CLF Boxwise is the new name, following merger

A new chapter has begun for two long-established packaging businesses following the merger of CLF Packaging Ltd and Boxwise Ltd – creating CLF Boxwise.

The newly merged company combines decades of expertise in corrugated packaging, warehousing and distribution, creating a stronger and more agile business positioned to support manufacturers, distributors and commercial organisations across the Midlands and South East.

Leading the business are Amanda Boulter, Sales & Commercial Director and Jo Jolley, Operations & Finance Director, whose combined experience and sector knowledge are helping shape the future direction of the company.

CLF Boxwise says the merger is designed not only to strengthen operational capabilities, but also to help customers navigate increasing supply chain pressures, sustainability expectations and changing packaging requirements.

Amanda Boulter said, “This merger brings together two highly respected businesses with shared values, complementary strengths and a genuine passion for customer service. Our focus is on helping customers find smarter, more efficient and more sustainable packaging solutions while continuing to deliver the personal service and reliability both companies have built their reputations on over many years.”

Jo Jolley added, “The packaging industry is evolving rapidly, with businesses facing growing pressures around cost efficiency, sustainability and operational resilience. By bringing CLF Packaging and Boxwise together, we are creating a stronger platform that allows us to invest further in service, innovation and long-term partnerships with customers across the region.”

CLF Packaging was originally founded in 1974 and established a strong reputation for bespoke packaging and customer service throughout the Midlands and South East. Boxwise, founded in 1991, similarly became known for delivering high-quality corrugated packaging solutions and dependable service to businesses across a range of sectors.
