The CITO CREASE Rubber creasing profile is a specially developed profile designed to support the corrugated board creasing process with and against the flute.
The profile can be used for all types of flutes and all material thicknesses, without excessively crushing the material. It supports the creasing profile, for both 90° and for 180° folding. Used directly on the creasing line, it ensures precise creasing, stops the cover liner from tearing and prevents skew gluing. The special geometry of the profile enables seamless interaction with the creasing matrix, ensuring optimum transfer of the creasing.
An optimised LC variant is available for applications with laser crease flat and round tops. This version ensures the ideal distance between the crease line and the profile. The unique design of the CITO CREASE Rubber creasing profile has been registered for a European patent.
The self-adhesive EasyFix version allows you to precisely position the ejection material on your cutting die, as well as residue-free removal of the rubbering. The surface of your cutting die remains undamaged. Use of activator sprays and superglues is avoided; this means improved safety in your company.
