Two leading industry names have joined forces to consolidate their expertise in equipment and consumables development – Duo-Technik and CITO SYSTEM.

When developing new products, both companies focus on providing customer specified solutions. By creating a cooperation between a company in the printing industry and a company in consumables, the intention is to create and market innovative and modern solutions for cleaning in corrugated flexo printing together. The first common development project has now been implemented, the FDS – Mix Direct Mixing Station.
The FDS – Mix Direct mixing stations are designed for manual removal of a CITOCLYN water mixture. This means that defined removal quantities can be controlled by the production management and operator safety is ensured when working with substances with high pH value.
The companies say that it can be used for different container sizes, has a uniform and adjustable mix ratio, and operates without power – it is simply connected to the water pipe. The water pressure acts as a driving force. In this way, the concentrate is drawn in, the required percentage is metered and is homogenised with the water in the mixing chamber. The quantity of injected product is always proportional to the water volume.
