Reproflex3 has confirmed a leadership restructure within R3 India.
As part of this reorganisation, Sethunath Padmanabhan will step down from his position as Managing Director for Reproflex3 India & Asia. Andrew Hewitson, Global CEO, will take on additional responsibilities for overseeing the group’s operations in India. The decision aligns with the continuing Global Integration programme at Reproflex3.
Vijay Irudhayaraj, current head of operations in the Middle East & Africa, will assume additional responsibilities in India.
