At the end of June, Franz Rappold resigned, at his own request, from his mandate to the MM Karton AG Management Board, which would have expired mid-May 2020.
He has been working for the Mayr-Melnhof Group for 35 years, half of this period as a member of the Management Board of Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG, responsible for sales and marketing of the cartonboard division (MM Karton). The transfer of management responsibility will take place in due course.
