Italian corporate and financial law firm, Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners has confirmed that is worked with private equity firm, 21 Investimenti, in the acquisition of a majority stake in the fresh produce packaging company, Carton Pack, based in Rutigliano (Bari, Apulia).
Gattai Minoli Agostinelli & Partners advised 21 Investimenti on the M&A matters with a team led by partner Stefano Catenacci, including associates Michele Ventura and Maria Persichetti, as well as on the bank financing of the transaction with a team comprising partner Gaetano Carrello and associate Marcello Legrottaglie.
