It has been reported in the press that The Carton Group has recently completed the acquisition of Duncan Print Group, based in Welwyn Garden City.
Founded in 1889, Duncan Print Group services a diverse range of customers in the health, beauty, personal care and food and beverage sectors. It also specialises in luxury drinks packaging and is BRC accredited for food packaging. It had previously acquired Bridger Packaging in 2021.
This is the fourth acquisition by The Carton Group in as many months, with the most recent being the acquisition of Wrapology in October.
