Cardbox Packaging have confirmed that over the past few weeks it has been working on finalising the installation of a photovoltaic system at its facility in Pinkafeld — a major step in its journey toward sustainability and energy independence.
“This investment will allow us to significantly reduce our carbon footprint, harness clean, renewable energy, contribute to a more sustainable packaging industry and a cleaner planet for future generations,” said the company in a statament. “At Cardbox Packaging, we believe that innovation and responsibility go hand in hand. This solar project is just one of many steps we’re taking to shape a sustainable future — for our company, our customers and our planet.”
