Trevor Bissett, Managing Director, Caps Cases Ltd, has confirmed the company acquired Nene Packaging towards the end of 2022. The Nene Packaging site joins the existing sites of Newmarket and Glasgow (the latter which recently started up a new flexo folder gluer from JS Machine).
Following the acquisition, Caps Cases have turned the previous Nene Packaging site in Northampton into a design and display innovation centre, enabling them to offer far more to their customer base when it comes to POS displays.
“Originally established in 1994, the whole team at Nene have a wealth of experience; from designing innovative and eye catching POS right through to the warehouse team who will make sure your displays are correctly packed to arrive safely in store,” explains Bissett. “The combination of Northampton’s experience and the team at our Newmarket site with the state-of-the-art EFI Nozomi 14000 digital press, we can really push the boundaries of digitally printed POS to the next level.”
