Marbach has added a new technology to its portfolio that allows customers to calibrate their die-cutting machines themselves. This ensures perfect interaction between the individual stations of the die-cutting machine and all upper and lower tools, for maximum performance in packaging production.
Jan Brunner, Head of Business Development at Marbach, explains, “If the individual stations and the upper and lower tool parts in a die-cutting machine are not perfectly synchronised, time consuming set-up processes are inevitable. Our solution is the calibration tool. This sets a die-cutter to zero and calibrates all stations perfectly to each other. This increases process reliability in the overall process and significantly reduces set-up times for each individual job.”
