In the role, she will be responsible for conducting a strategic review of customer care operations and processes and will serve as the escalation point for any customer issues. She will liaise with customers on a daily basis and oversee the day-to-day running of the customer care team.
Reaney-Jerome’s appointment follows the retirements of Alan Letford, the former Head of Customer Care and Veronique Mureau, Spare Parts Manager earlier this year. Since joining the company, Reaney-Jerome has been invited to be part of the Bobst UK & Ireland strategic management team to ensure customer care continues to be a core focus in business development planning and decision-making.
