The BioPak Group has announced the appointment of Guy Brent as Chief Executive Officer, effective February 2, 2026.
Brent joins BioPak after 14 years with the Woolworths Group, where he was instrumental in several senior leadership roles leading world-class brands such as Cellarmasters, Pinnacle Drinks, BWS and the Woolworths Food Company.
“We are delighted to welcome Guy Brent to BioPak as CEO. His proven people-first leadership approach, strategic focus and track record of delivering outstanding commercial performance make him exceptionally well-placed to lead the business through its next phase of growth,” said the BioPak Board.
In his new role, Brent will lead the company’s strategic growth, innovation, and operational excellence, all while championing purpose-led advocacy to accelerate circular solutions and drive systemic change.
Brent succeeds former CEO and Co-Founder, Gary Smith, who has concluded his executive role as CEO.
