Big performance record with Friese rolls

Ondulato Torinese achieved a remarkable production result of 99,000,000 linear meters produced with a set of Friese Rockwelle E-flute tungsten carbide coated corrugating rolls in 2020.

A family-owned company founded in 1958 by Paris Lotti, grandfather of the current owner and CEO Giuseppe D’Ercole, the production plant is located in Borgaro Torinese, a few kilometers north of Turin and specialises in the production of single faced sheets (B, E and F flutes) running a 1.9m Quantum corrugator line and Agnati VSF Vantage single facer. For several years now, Ondulato Torinese has been running rolls manufactured in Germany by Friese GmbH.

This great performance was the result of the supervision of the production manager, Marco Visentin as well as the professionalism of the machine operators Andrea Castrale and Andrea Cavicchio, as well as being attributable to the technical features of the corrugating rolls.

On 17th December, Friese presented the team at Ondulato Torinese with a ‘Rock’n Roller’ trophy for this landmark result.
