Bickers have started 2022 by installing their GLUEJET® XY Glue Plotter at B2B1 Print Solutions Ltd based in Stockport, UK.
This German 2m x 3m XY Gluer will be used to glue a wide variety of packaging and display products that were previously produced by hand. The machine gives precise repeatable consistency of the hot melt and PVA glue position and quantity in either line bead or spray. In most cases the speed is 3-4 times that of hand guns. Main features include triple smart glue heads, full access around the whole machine together with camera assisted programming.

The installation was carried out by the Bickers UK engineers Jan Stevens and Jacob Stevens. The machine was sold by UK & Ireland Sales Agent, Neil Thayer of Finishline Machinery. He said, “We now have 70 Bickers installations in the UK and Ireland with more on the way in 2022.”
