BFT CARBON has confirmed the launch of HydraLine, a new linear hydraulic positioning system, ideal for central drum printing presses and special coating high-speed applications.
“By leveraging the incompressibility of fluids, HydraLine eliminates any bouncing effect, even with high-viscosity inks and coatings. Both the doctor blade chamber and the support beam are entirely made of carbon fiber, ensuring maximum stability of the printing unit,” said the company in a statement. “The quick-release system allows for fast and easy chamber removal, streamlining operators’ workflow.”
