A joint venture between Bay Cities and the Royal Group, Royal Bay, is opening the doors of its new 323,000-sq-ft facility in Chicago. Royal Bay is a leading expert in pack out and fulfillment operations. Brands and retailers call upon Royal Bay for projects ranging from small to large and when the most challenging manipulations need to be configured. The new facility will increase speed to market and have the option to run multiple programs at the same time.
Royal Bay has 40 loading docks, two climate-controlled rooms of 8,400 sq ft each and is under 24 hours security monitoring. Services provided are pallet display pack out; full POP display pack out, kitting, rework, labeling, sorting and bundling; blister, cold seal, heat and IR sealing and assembly, which can include products that need to be temperature controlled (e.g. chocolate).
