Pluderhausen, Germany-based Bahmüller has confirmed it recently commissioned a new MULTI DOUBLE CHAMPION MDL 25/45 SGT for the Palm Group at its Wellpappe Forchheim site in Höchstädt.
Delivered earlier this year, the plant in Höchstädt has been producing packaging in small batch sizes on the new double-head stitching machine. All three types of closures can be produced on one line.
“The safety concept increases the safety standard for the semi-automatic production area,” explains Ulrich Wolz, COO – Corrugated Division, Bahmüller. “The set-up process is also reduced, while at the same time increasing occupational safety.”
