Autajon Packaging Simply Cartons has confirmed plans to open a newly refurbished manufacturing facility and head office in Nottinghamshire in 2027, supporting the continued growth of its UK folding carton operations.
The company will relocate from its existing facility on Perry Road in Nottingham to new premises in the Giltbrook area of Nottinghamshire. The development will provide a modern manufacturing environment for the business, which specialises in bespoke folding carton packaging for markets including luxury goods, health and beauty, food and confectionery, wines and spirits and pharmaceuticals.
Autajon Packaging Simply Cartons currently employs more than 150 people at its Nottingham operation and provides in-house packaging design and manufacturing capabilities, including an Innovation Centre and ink studio.
The company described the new facility as an investment in the future of its packaging operations and UK manufacturing, designed to support further growth and development of the business.
Further details on the refurbishment, manufacturing capabilities and opening of the new facility are expected to be confirmed ahead of the relocation in 2027.
