It has been reported that French packaging and labelling specialist, Autajon Group, has acquired Nottingham-based Simply Cartons and Simply Luxe, for an undisclosed fee.

The addition of Simply Cartons with one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of folding cartons, packaging and labelling will help the company grow further.
