Atlantic Packaging has launched its Zero Waste initiative. Throughout the past year, the company has committed itself to sustainable packaging as a core value of the organization.
“Going forward, we will recycle all of the products we can through our warehouses and manufacturing facilities,” said Wes Carter, President of Atlantic Packaging. “I really believe, as a zero waste company, we can set the example for lots of companies that this is a possibility. As I’ve done research and really delved into what it means to be the most sustainable packaging company in the world, I have really found a lot of hope for the future.”
Atlantic recently became one of the newest members of the Alliance to End Plastic Waste, a non-profit organization committed to ending plastic waste in the environment.
