Prior to shipping from the BCS-Autobox factory, every machine undergoes thorough testing and inspection. One of the latest machines to go through final test is destined for ASC Cartons Ltd in Shipley, UK and has been put through its paces before being signed off, ready for delivery.
“The testing schedule checks all functions of the BCS-Autobox line and includes making a wide variety of box styles, sizes and running different grades of corrugated board,” explains Barry Tabor, Managing Director of BCS. “Once the machine arrives at the customer’s site, because of the pre-delivery testing schedule, the machine can be up and running making boxes within a matter of hours.”
