Arden Engraving and Stamp Systems

Two leading European engraving companies have joined forces in a bid to expand their operations across Europe. Arden Engraving, which has its headquarters in Stockport, Greater Manchester, has entered into a new partnership with Polish-based Stamp Systems. Arden Engraving has committed to investing in new machinery and technology at the Polish site, which is based in Poznań and employs 20 people.

Arden Engraving, founded in 1964, has operations around the world including the UK, Germany and the USA. Stamp Systems was established in 2019 and is a well-respected producer in Poland of complex tools and dies for the packaging sector.

The partnership will bring together the combined engineering expertise and complementing competencies of Arden and Stamp Systems, representing a major growth opportunity for both companies, through an expanded geographic footprint that will help them better serve their customers.

Martin Poynter, Managing Director, Arden Group, said, “We are delighted to enter into this new partnership with Stamp Systems, bringing together some of the best skills and expertise in embossing and foil stamping tooling solutions, and enabling both organisations to expand our operations across Europe and accelerate our growth strategies.”

Marcin Rudziakowicz, CEO, Stamp Systems, said, “We’ve had talks with several overseas companies as we considered potential partners to contribute to the success of the Stamp Systems brand on an international level, however we decided to combine our strengths and know-how with Arden whose brand, quality and over 50-year experience, perfectly match our own philosophy and vision.”

Both companies will continue to operate under their respective brands, but will come together to bring some exciting new products to the market. Innovative projects in the pipe-line include developing new plastic and silicone dies and forces, utilising laser technology to create 3D embossing dies and additive manufacturing.
