Following the update report just over a week ago, Graphic Packaging has now successfully closed the acquisition of AR Packaging Group AB. The acquisition has now accelerated Graphic Packaging’s position serving consumer packaged goods companies around the world with sustainable fibre-based packaging alternatives.
Graphic Packaging announced its intent to acquire AR Packaging Group AB on 14th May, 2021.
