SIX Exchange Regulation AG has approved the delisting of the registered shares of Bobst Group SA from SIX Swiss Exchange. The last trading day will be 29 December 2022.
On 21 November 2022, Bobst Group applied to SER for the delisting of its registered shares from SIX Swiss Exchange. Per decision dated 12 December 2022, SER approved the delisting of the Bobst Group shares with a nominal value of CHF 1.00 each. The delisting date has been set for 30 December 2022. The last trading day on SIX Swiss Exchange will be 29 December 2022.
Following delisting, the Bobst Group shares will be tradable via a Swiss over-the-counter (OTC) trading platform.
