AOPACK has introduced its latest solution, the BM2800-Ultra, designed to support flexible and on-demand box production.
As demand grows for shorter production runs and customised packaging, manufacturers are increasingly turning to advanced box making machine solutions to reduce reliance on traditional die-cutting processes and large inventory volumes.
The BM2800-Ultra integrates multiple key processes — including digital printing, slotting, slitting, creasing, vibrating knife cutting, and gluing — into a single compact system. This all-in-one design allows manufacturers to produce corrugated boxes without moulds, significantly reducing setup time and operational complexity.
A key feature of the BM2800-Ultra is its inline digital printing capability. Equipped with Epson industrial-grade print head, the system delivers print resolution up to 600 × 600 dpi, with a maximum speed of 45 m/min.
This enables manufacturers to produce branded and customised corrugated packaging directly during the production process, eliminating the need for pre-printed materials or separate printing equipment.
The BM2800-Ultra corrugated box maker is designed to process a wide range of corrugated board types, including heavy-duty multi-ply board. Optional automation modules, such as automatic feeding and box collecting systems, enable a continuous workflow from sheet input to finished box stacking.
In addition, advanced creasing technologies — including male-female double-sided creasing and offset creasing — help ensure accurate folding and improved structural integrity, especially for thicker corrugated materials.
