In October 2025, Aopack successfully installed a BM2508-Pro box making machine at a packaging converter located in Texas, USA. The installation was carried out by Aopack after-sales engineer Jason together with Sales Director Anna, who provided on-site setup, commissioning and operator training.
The packaging company is located in Hutchins, TX, a growing logistics and manufacturing hub in the United States. The new installation further strengthens the customer’s ability to produce customized corrugated packaging for a variety of applications.
The Aopack BM2508-Pro is equipped with an optional vibrating knife cutting system together with creasing wheels designed for vibrating knife processing. This configuration significantly expands the types of corrugated box designs that can be produced.
With the vibrating knife cutting function, the BM2508-Pro can cut round holes, rectangles, slashes, curves, and other irregular shapes. All operations are completed without traditional die tooling, giving converters greater flexibility for customised box production. The machine installed in Texas is also equipped with an automatic cold-glue box forming system, allowing cutting, creasing and gluing to be completed in one integrated production process.
During the installation process, the Aopack technical team also assisted the customer in producing several sample box styles, demonstrating the machine’s ability to quickly switch between different box designs.
