This factory is located in Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province, China. They produce various types of corrugated boxes, pearl cotton, non-woven fabrics, EVA plastic bags and PE plastic bags. Their main customers are auto parts factories in nearby cities. Due to the irregular shapes of auto parts, how to ensure transportation safety is crucial; Xiangyu Packaging will design a complete set of packaging solutions after receiving the sample. This includes the outer corrugated box and the filling material inside the box. The packaging box received by the customer can be used directly, ensuring the transportation safety of the product.
An example is this long strip of car parts in the picture below. This packaging factory produces corrugated padding inside the carton, and the top of the padding is glued with PE foam protection material. The outermost layer is a heavy duty AAA triplewall board. This ensures that the product is held in place inside the box and will not be damaged. Because auto parts come in different sizes and shapes, so are the dimensions and style of the box required. This is where the BM2508-Pro box machine excels. The machine can produce more than 150 box sizes. The maximum board width is 2500mm and the length is unlimited. It meets the requirements of auto parts packaging for multiple sizes and box styles.
