Antalis has signed a binding agreement to acquire Club Groupe, Digital Printing France and Technical Digital Printing (TDP).
Club Groupe is a recognised player in the Visual Communication sector in France. This acquisition is part of Antalis’ strategy to consolidate its leading position in Europe, particularly in the French market following the recent acquisition of Poitoo Adhésifs. The agreement remains subject to the usual conditions precedent.
With this new acquisition, Antalis will significantly strengthen its expertise in Visual Communication in France by integrating a portfolio of loyal customers, an experienced sales force and a solid network of technical partners.
