Antalis has officially opened its new and expanded Smart Packaging Centre at its UK headquarters in Leicestershire.
The facility brings together packaging sourcing, design, testing and prototyping capabilities under one roof and has been developed to support customers with packaging development and optimisation projects. New technology available at the centre includes virtual reality, 3D printing and scanning capabilities, alongside a new packaging testing suite and machinery showroom.
Nick Thompson, UK & Ireland Managing Director, officially opened the facility during a launch event held at the site. The company said the expanded centre will provide a collaborative environment where customers can explore packaging concepts, test solutions and develop future projects.
