Marbach has launched a new blanking tool, the alublanker. This is a special tool that ensures efficiency in blanking due to its precision and low weight.
The alublanker is a high-precision female blanker, made completely of one piece and manufactured in one milling operation. It is available in marbablanker or lightblanker versions. The separating grid is made of aluminium and is completely CNC processed. This design and the choice of materials not only ensure low weight and thus optimised handling, but also high machine speeds, short set-up times and high packaging quality.
