Akers Packaging Service Group has confirmed it has completed the acquisition of Packaging Logic, Inc. of LaPorte, Indiana. The transaction continues the expansion strategy of Akers Packaging across the Midwest United States.
Packaging Logic, founded in 1994 by Richard Parrette and Dennis Bardon, is a growing converting plant operating out of 228,000 square foot facility. The company has a reputation in the market for excellent quality and service to its many longstanding customers.

Akers Packaging Service Group, founded in 1963, operates fourteen facilities in five states throughout the Midwest.
