After sales support for Russia

Having been active in the territory for several years already, MHI continues to expand its after sales support in Russia. With five EVOL flexo folder gluers now sold in the region and an order for the first single facer received recently, MHI had explained to customers that it would continue to invest in engineering support for the region, as numbers of installations grew.

In the late summer of 2017, Daniil Akhaltsev joined the MHI Russia team to support the growing customer base in Russia, ensuring dedicated support in the territory. In strengthening the after-sales support for Russia, the company has now welcomed Arkadiy Nikitin as of 1st April, 2019. These two gentlemen join the expanding team of support engineers already employed by MHIE throughout Europe and Russia — a team that continues to expand on a regular basis.

“The popularity of Mitsubishi equipment in Russia has been growing steadily over the last few years and that is why we have now invested in the after-sales support functions,” explains Giovanni Bettini, Sales Director, MHI Europe. “At the moment, we have sold five EVOL flexo folder gluers and one 60H single facer. As a result of this activity in Russia, we have now appointed an additional service and support engineer and the team work alongside the other engineers within the MHIE network.”

“With Daniil Akhaltsev and Arkadiy Nikitin, we will have a good team to support our customers in Russia,” adds Bettini. “In addition to the team, we have also invested significant money in stocking spare parts for all of our machines for customers in Russia. We have allocated these spare parts to ensure quick delivery of spare parts to corrugated plants running our equipment anywhere in Russia. With the dedicated warehouse facility located in the Moscow region, we are able to supply spare parts — as well as a wide range of consumables — to customers quickly.”
