The American Forest & Paper Association (AF&PA) has released the Q3 2025 Boxboard Quarterly report on October 31.
Total Boxboard production in Q3 decreased 2% compared to Q3 2024. The boxboard operating rate was 88.7%, down 1.7 points from the same quarter last year.
- Solid Bleached Folding – Domestic production increased 1% compared to Q3 2024.
- Plate, Dish & Tray – Domestic production increased 14% compared to Q3 2024.
- Uncoated Recycled Boxboard – Tube, Can & Drum–Domestic production increased 3% compared to Q3 2024.
