Ablebox has launched its new website, featuring a secure customer portal that brings live order visibility, stock insights and delivery tracking into one place – and now with Ablebot, an AI assistant that provides instant answers around the clock. It can be found here.
Built on Ablebox’s proprietary Goose software, the portal gives customers a real-time window into their packaging supply chain:
- Live delivery tracking with GPS, driver details and signed-in documents;
- Order production status from intake to dispatch;
- Stock levels and delivery scheduling (for the next 28 days);
-
Agreed price lists and item-level information.
At the heart of the portal is Ablebot, an always-on AI assistant that customers can talk to for immediate help; from “What time is my delivery arriving?” to “How many of SKU X are available in stock?” Ablebot uses live data from Goose and responds in seconds, 24/7.
“Ablebot sits on top of the live data in Goose, so instead of digging through reports, customers can simply ask a question and get a straight answer in seconds,” said Sam Pink, Ablebox’s Lead AI Developer. “Packaging operations don’t stop at five o’clock, and neither does Ablebot.”
“This launch is part of a wider investment in how we support our customers,” adds Jack Lloyd, Managing Director. “By combining our manufacturing strength with our own software and AI tools, we’re aiming to remove friction at every stage of the packaging journey – from first enquiry to the lorry arriving at their door.”
