Marbach has sold its 500th digital zone levelling system. This special protection plate, called DZL plate, compensates for unevenness in the platen. It only has to be inserted into the die-cutter once and will last for many months.
Bernhard Reisser, Sales Manager at Marbach, says, “With the DZL|plate, the job-specific area make-ready is largely a thing of the past. Our protection plate is inserted into the die-cutter once and then over several months continuously compensates for system-related tolerances in the platen. In contrast to the conventional method of area make-ready, which has to be carried out again and again for each individual order, it creates a significant time saving for our customers.”
