It has been reported that International Paper is planning a $103m investment at its Cedar River Mill in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, following a recent Cedar Rapids City Council vote approved a resolution to authorize sponsorship of a business financial application to the Iowa Economic Development Authority. IP says the project focuses on the mill’s steam supply.
