Koenig & Bauer Celmacch continues its successful growth trajectory in the Asian market with a strategic installation at Sambo Corrugated Board Co. Ltd., a leading South Korean manufacturer of corrugated cardboard packaging.
Founded in 1973, Sambo Corrugated is now one of the most established players in South Korea’s corrugated board sector. Thanks to a vertically integrated production structure, the group manages the entire production process in-house, from paper production to the conversion of corrugated board into high-quality boxes and packaging. High Productivity Investment
To boost production performance and meet evolving market demands, Sambo has invested in a ChromaCUT High Tech line. The installed configuration comprises a ChromaCUT High Tech 2400 with four bottom printing units, a double vacuum transport section, a rotary die-cutter and a vacuum bundle stripping stacker. The line is completed by an integrated Alliance Machine Systems solution, consisting of a pre-feeder, breaker and palletiser, designed to ensure automated and efficient management of the entire production flow.
