Flint Group Packaging Solutions will increase prices across its packaging inks and coatings portfolio in Europe from 1 January, 2027. The supplier recently made a similar change in North America, which comes into effect on 14 December, 2026.

The company cited the same reasons for the increase: sustained cost pressures affecting raw materials, energy and freight.
According to Flint, “Energy and freight costs remain high. Pigment costs have increased significantly due to capacity shortages for raw materials in Asia, particularly India and China. High natural gas prices are also driving up the cost of carbon black.
“Together, these pressures have increased the cost of manufacturing and supplying inks and coatings.”
Local sales representatives from Flint Group Packaging Solutions will be directly in contact with customers to confirm adjustments relative to them.
