Windmöller & Hölscher launches ONEFLEX

Windmöller & Hölscher (W&H) has developed ONEFLEX as a new CI flexographic printing press for flexible packaging printers who require ‘strong performance, easier operation and the flexibility to meet changing market requirements’.

ONEFLEX has been developed as a modular platform that combines a new press architecture with improved accessibility, operator-friendly handling, and a newly developed print deck designed for high print stability in demanding production environments.

The new print deck has been engineered to deliver excellent print stability and reliable performance at production speeds of up to 600m/min. With printing widths of up to 1650mm, ONEFLEX also brings a format range to this segment that was previously reserved for W&H’s premium machine portfolio.

ONEFLEX is available with 8 or 10 colour decks, giving customers the flexibility to configure the machine around their production needs.

ONEFLEX is also claimed as the ‘safest CI flexo press W&H has built to date’ by combining advanced safety features with improved accessibility, an operator-oriented layout, and simplified handling during daily production.

For customers with even higher performance requirements, W&H will offer ONEFLEX Ultimate with production speeds of up to 700m/min, an extended repeat length, enhanced print stability, and additional exclusive technologies.

Holger Kreilkamp, Director, Product Management, W&H, stated: “ONEFLEX is not just another CI flexo press, it is a new machine that brings key strengths of W&H CI flexo technology together in one machine.

“The new print deck, the modular architecture, and the operator-focused design are all built around what printers need in daily production: stable print quality, high output, easier operation, and the flexibility to meet changing production requirements.”
