The Encore Group has confirmed an investment in additional mezzanine office space within its packaging factory, as part of its plans to improve working facilities and support future growth.
The project involves the addition of a new upper-level office area, making greater use of the existing factory footprint while providing a larger workspace for employees.
The new layout has been designed to improve communication and collaboration between office and production teams, with clear visibility between the mezzanine offices and the factory floor.
“The investment will help bring departments closer together, supporting more effective day-to-day operations and strengthening connections across the business. The new office space forms part of its ongoing investment in its facilities and workforce as it prepares for the next stage of its development,” said the company on LinkedIn.
