Sappi Europe has confirmed it is making a price increase of €89 per tonne across the Paper Board portfolio in response to sustained cost pressures currently impacting the industry.
The company said on its website that this pricing adjustment will enable them to continue providing the high levels of product quality, service excellence, and supply security that customers rely on across the company’s Paperboard portfolio.
“Despite productivity and efficiency initiatives as well as cost cutting, market conditions require a Paper Board price increase. Effective for all new orders and deliveries from 1 November 2026, prices for Paper Board products will increase by €89 per tonne,” confirmed the company.
