Koenig & Bauer has appointed Sebastian Schaper as Managing Director of its Barcelona site, following a handover period with outgoing Managing Director, Jan Drechsel. Schaper joined the company in July and has now officially assumed responsibility for the site after completing an intensive transition period with Drechsel.
Drechsel, who has served as Managing Director for the past four years, will now focus fully on his global responsibilities as Vice President Business Segment Postpress.
The Barcelona operation forms part of Koenig & Bauer’s Postpress business, supporting equipment and technology for folding carton production.
