Sealed Air has expanded its paper cushioning portfolio with the launch of ProPad Mini, a compact protective packaging system designed for space-constrained fulfilment operations.
The system produces on-demand paper cushioning at speeds of 120 ft/min or more and can create custom-length paper pads from 6″. It offers multiple mounting configurations and is compatible with one-ply and two-ply fanfold paper.
“Customers need protective packaging solutions that can scale with their operations – from compact manual pack stations to higher-volume and automated environments,” said Byron Racki, Global Protective President, Sealed Air. “ProPad Mini fills an important role in that portfolio, giving operators a flexible, easy-to-use paper cushioning solution that fits smaller workspaces.”
Designed for applications including cushioning and void-fill, ProPad Mini is aimed at e-commerce, third-party logistics, shipping and distribution operations.
