M&K Trading Ltd has confirmed that AIT3CH Ltd has joined the M&K Corporation Ltd group.
AIT3CH develops AI-powered safety systems, including the Thermal Alarm & Suppression System (TASS) and Human AI Detection (HAID). The systems use camera imagery interpreted by AI technology to identify potential risks at an early stage, helping to improve safety around industrial operations.
M&K Trading identified the potential of these technologies for the corrugated packaging industry, particularly in supporting the protection of machinery and the people who operate it.
“I was impressed with the potential of the system for identifying risks at an early stage, including the ability to predict hazards before they occur.” says Mike Irving, Managing Director, M&K Trading Ltd. “It has always been my belief that there should be a level of protection that comes into play before traditional safety systems are deployed.”
M&K Trading has continued to focus on adopting new technologies to support innovation within the industry. Through the addition of AIT3CH, the company will work with Mel Pengelly and the AIT3CH team to develop and expand the application of AI-powered safety solutions.
