FIA UK NextGen is proud to be playing a key role in the newly formed NextGen Packaging Federation initiative, bringing together leading trade associations from across the UK packaging sector under one unified strategy. The initiative aims to attract, develop and integrate new talent into the packaging manufacturing industry, with a particular focus on engaging young people and supporting the next generation of industry professionals.
By working collaboratively across the packaging supply chain, the Packaging Federation is helping to create stronger connections between businesses, education and future career opportunities. The initiative will also support FIA UK members and packaging manufacturers by promoting careers within the sector and helping companies address future skills challenges.
