Gazzella Atlantique, (a subsidiary of the Corali Group), announces the majority entry of Siparex Midcap 4, alongside Insec Equity Partners, into its group’s capital.
This transaction paves the way for an acceleration in the company’s development, with the stated ambition of tripling its activity over the next decade.
Gazzella Atlantique is part of the Corali Group, founded in 1957 by Bruno Corali and led since 1999 by Graziella Corali. The Group, which brings together two complementary entities in France and Italy, employs more than 100 people and generates revenues in excess of €25m, more than 70% of which is international.
The entry of Siparex Midcap 4 and Insec Equity Partners into the Group’s capital opens a new development phase for Gazzella Atlantique. The Corali family retains a minority stake, ensuring management continuity and the coherence of the Group’s vision. The strategy is built around two priority pillars: accelerating international expansion, with North America as the priority target market, and an active external growth policy targeting complementary technologies and markets.
On the industrial front, Gazzella Atlantique plans the forthcoming creation of a dedicated research and development unit, in order to continuously optimise the productivity of its machines and respond to the increasingly complex technical challenges of its customers.
“Investing in expertise is our priority. We want to continue offering increasingly highperforming machines, better adapted to the needs of our clients worldwide. The arrival of Siparex gives us the means to take a decisive step forward in this ambition,” said Andrea Torcellan, CEO, Gazzella Atlantique.
